01 Concrete Foaming Agent

Luoyang Tongrun Nano Technology focuses on the research and production of cement foaming agents, with over ten years of experience in producing foaming cement agents. There are five or six types of cement foaming agents that can meet the construction needs of different working conditions.

TRUNNANO Concrete foaming agent

Concrete foaming agent is an additive that can reduce the surface tension of liquid, produce a large number of uniform and stable foam, and be used to produce foamed concrete. Luoyang Tongrun lightweight concrete team has launched four series of high-performance foaming agent (TR-A, TR-B, TRC, TR-F) that combined with more than ten years of experience in the industry, according to the different needs of the market, which can meet different construction requirements.

02 Water Based Release Agent

Water Based Release Agent is suitable for the iron, aluminum, and steel molds of cement concrete prefabricated components, which can effectively ensure the smoothness of the surface of cement product prefabricated components and protect the molds.

TRUNNANO Water Based Release Agent

TRUNNANO Water-based Mold Release Agent TR-W is a milky white liquid recommended for 3-5 applications per treatment, available in 25kg and 200kg drum packaging. It is suitable for releasing molds in concrete/cement products, bricks/lightweight partition panels, standard parts, iron/aluminum/steel plate molds, and wooden molds.

03 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder

Polycarboxylate high-efficiency powder water reducer is a high-quality water reducer developed by Tongrun for foam concrete, which can simultaneously reduce water without defoaming. It has high purity, good dispersibility, and convenient transportation, and is currently an optional high-quality water reducer for foam concrete.

TRUNNANO Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder

Superplasticizer is a kind of concrete admixture that can reduce the water consumption of mixing under the condition of maintaining the slump of concrete unchanged. Superplasticizer has a dispersing effect on cement particles, which can improve its working performance, reduce the water consumption per unit, improve the fluidity of concrete mix; or reduce the amount of cement per unit, saving cement. Tongrun superplasticizer is modified on its original process, so that it can be well applied in foamed cement without Defoaming.

04 Sodium Silicate

Can produce 2.0~3.6 modulus instant sodium silicate. Sodium silicate is mainly used in refractory binders, detergents, soil amendments, mineral processing inhibitors, alkali resistant cement additives, mortar, etc.

05 Potassium Silicate

Potassium silicate powder, also known as potassium water glass powder, is a pure white, odorless, weakly alkaline powder that can dissolve in water and alkaline solutions. Mainly used in building early strength agents and adhesives. It can also be used for agricultural soil improvement such as potassium fertilizer.
