Creating AirCrete

The AirCrete process involves mixing a cement, water and a foaming agent (degreaser). It is very simple to create and will harden overnight.

AirCrete is fireproof, insect proof, and unharmed by moisture - it will not rot or decay! It is also good thermal and acoustic insulation.

It is also very easy to work with and can be shaped into blocks or poured into walls, if the aircrete does dry it will self level.

Cost to build a house with aircrete

Aircrete is also an excellent insulator and is used as a way to reduce the loss of energy through a home. It can offer an R-value of up to 6 per inch which is significantly higher than loose fill cellulose.

It is a great alternative to concrete. It is durable, flexible and costs less to manufacture than traditional concrete cinder blocks. It is also very easy to shape and will hold its shape for a long time.
