What is Early Strength Agent
One of concrete admixtures. Concrete early-strength agent refers to an admixture that can increase the early strength of concrete and has no significant effect on the later strength. The main function of the early strength agent is to accelerate the speed of cement hydration and promote the development of the early strength of concrete; it not only has the function of early strength, but also has the function of reducing water and strengthening. Concrete early-strength admixture is one of the earliest admixtures used in the history of admixture development.
Performance of early strength agent
Under the condition of maintaining the same tan and cement dosage as the benchmark concrete (tong), the water is reduced by 5-12%, the early strength can be increased by 2.5 times, and the strength reaches 80-100% of the design strength in 7 days. The strength can be increased by about 15%. When the slump (tan) drop is increased by 8-10 cm, the early strength can be increased by 2 times, and the later strength can be increased by 5-10% while maintaining the same water consumption and cement consumption. While maintaining the same strength, cement can be saved by about 4-8%.
Application of early strength agent
1: This product does not contain chloride ions, has no corrosion on steel bars, and is suitable for all civil, industrial buildings and prestressed reinforced concrete components, mortars, etc.
2: Early-strength agent is most suitable for construction under low temperature conditions in early winter and early spring.
3: This agent is used in Portland cement, and has a particularly significant effect on strengthening and modifying slag cement.
