What is plaster self-leveling? 

Self-leveling gypsum is the abbreviation of self-leveling gypsum, also known as gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. it is a kind of dry powder mortar specially used for ground leveling, which is made of gypsum materials, special aggregates and a variety of building chemical additives in the factory. 

It originated in Europe in the 1960s, and in the 1980s, China began to develop gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. 

Advantages of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. 

The main cementitious material of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar is gypsum, and it has the performance of automatic leveling, and has the following advantages:

(1) The ground constructed with gypsum-based self-leveling mortar has the advantages of accurate size, high horizontal degree, no hollowing and no cracking, easy and convenient operation and high efficiency, and the pumping construction can be used to lay the ground up to 800~1000m2, which is 5 times and 10 times faster than that of traditional ground materials. 

(2) It is used as a "ground heating" leveling cover with good thermal insulation performance (compared with other heating methods, the energy saving range of ground heating is about 20%. If a zonal temperature control device is used, the energy saving range can be as high as 40%); unlike the cement mortar layer, cracking and bulging are caused by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage. 

(3) The hardened floor of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar has a certain elasticity, warm and comfortable feet, and has a certain sound insulation effect. 

(4) When gypsum-based self-leveling mortar and cement mortar are used in the leveling layer of building ground, the final cost of the two materials is similar. 

If gypsum self-leveling mortar is used instead of cement mortar, thus reducing the amount of cement in the whole cement output is very small, less than 1%, basically will not affect the interests of cement production enterprises. 

(5) The base surface lasts longer
